Hi Dena,

I just wanted to let you know that we had the inspection yesterday and the inspector had concerns about the foundation. I have a call into a foundation repair person he recommended and I was hoping to get a quote/2nd opinion. 

 

I know there were repairs done on seepage issues, but the inspector has a bit more concern about the entire back wall showing buckling as well as the concrete wall on the outside stairwell. 

 

If I get a confirmed appointment, I will let you know the time as we will need access to the property again.

 

Please let me know any thoughts or concerns about this matter.
